Bringing his financial and business expertise to the energy sector, Mr. Koller now leads Black Bear Resources in the Bakken and Three Forks shale plays of western North Dakota and eastern Montana. Under his leadership, the company has built a substantial portfolio of oil and gas leases and working interests, continuing to capitalize on the significant growth opportunities in the booming Williston Basin.

Before joining Black Bear Resources and its affiliates in 2014, he served as Director of Business Development at Aegion Corporation, a small-cap publicly traded company specializing in infrastructure renewal across energy, mining, water, wastewater, and commercial/structural markets.
Mr. Aderhold brings extensive expertise in contract negotiations, CRM development and implementation, corporate strategy, M&A review, data analysis, and sales management. At Black Bear Resources, he focuses on expanding leasing opportunities through targeted business development and implementing a CRM system to enhance data tracking and analysis. Additionally, he contributes to overall company strategy and growth initiatives.

Before joining Black Bear Resources full-time in May 2016, he gained industry experience as an intern with Oasis Petroleum (summer 2014), evaluating frac fluid rheology, and with Black Bear Resources (summer 2015), supporting economic analysis and daily operations.
He is proficient in the IHS suite of oil and gas software, including Enerdeq, PowerTools, and Petra, as well as PHDWin Integrated Economics and Decline Curve Analysis software.
At Black Bear Resources, Mr. Dahl supports reserves management, production forecasting, economic analysis, and oil and gas research.
